• Prepare and review tax returns for individual, partnership, S-corporation, and corporate clients.
• Liaise with tax authorities to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Mentor and support junior staff in tax preparation and professional development.
• Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and advise on potential impacts to clients.
• Assist in developing tax planning strategies for diverse client portfolios.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a CPA firm environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge in preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Familiarity with international taxation including GILTI tax, forms 5471, 8865, 3520, and 962 elections is highly advantageous.
• Solid understanding of tax concepts, particularly partnership basis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• CPA certification is preferred.
